Placeholder. Before launch, have proper Terms of Service drafted by a solicitor. They should cover use of the app and website, account rules, matching and messaging, subscription and payments, limitations of liability, and governing law (England and Wales).
Paid plans (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly (or as offered). You can cancel a subscription at any time from your device subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions) or via the app where we provide a cancellation option. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
Refunds: If you are within the cooling-off period (14 days from purchase, where applicable under UK consumer law), you may be entitled to a refund; contact support@usetradebridge.com. Outside that period, we do not normally offer refunds for partial months. We will set out the full refund policy in the final Terms and in the app store listing.
